The nearest airport is Teniente Vidal Airfield Airport, 6 km from the guest house. A cosy homely place to stay! We loved the wood panelling in the bedroom and the wood stove in the corridor kept our room cosy. Everything was tidy and clean. Kitchen very well equipped and because there are only three rooms, we didn't have to compete for space on the hob like in hostels. We were working remotely so it was a pleasant surprise that there was a desk with a proper desk chair in our room! The host was really friendly and helped us organise an early morning taxi ahead of our check out. Would definitely recommend!

The location is a bit away from the center but it's quiet because of it. We stayed right after the Chrismas so the inside of the place was decorated and we felt like we were at home:) Breakfast was nice and had enough variety!

Arriving at Hostal La Minga after a long journey over unpaved roads and a delayed ferry felt like coming home. Klaus is a very friendly host who has many useful tips to share about things to do in the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Klaus serves a delicious breakfast with the best coffee I've had in Chile and also offers dinner if you want it.

All units in the guest house are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and with cable channels. Fabian is a host extraordinare. We were treated as friends, not clients and felt right at home. The room was comfy, the kitchen really useful and well stocked. It's outside the town centre but we'd stay here again whenever we visit.
