El Bären - Das Gästehaus está situado a 1 km del centro de Gais, cerca del lago de Constanza. This was our second time staying here and we plan to continue returning! The couple that owns the guesthouse goes above and beyond, they are so sweet and hospitality is 10/10. Great decor, cleanliness, spaciousness, etc. Thank you!

Such a lovely athmosphere built by Lise. I can’t wait to find some time and go back :) A wonderful breakfast served by Lise with a super cheap price. Amazing, tasty, fresh and healthy. Rhubarb jam made by Lise - out of this world. Thank you.

Just how one would imagine a typical Swiss village house. I regret that I didn’t spend more time in the area. Good breakfast. Clean and perfectly maintained. I will definitely go back.

The place is lovely -200 hundred years old house, nicely decorated, very spacious and clean. we parked in front of it. Our host was a lovely stand woman. There is a bakery nearby. Saint Gallen and Appenzell are very close, which make the location very convenient if you are on a roar trip as we were.

Hotel should be closed or rebuild as per 2023 standard... There is one WC for all building, room where I stay, was not changing bedsheets, only what was nice and O. K was nice recaption person and breakfast in hotel Heiden... Hotel Park as is today, is not Hotel, maybe Hostel...
