We arrived at 5pm after a long bike ride up the mountain and the girls at reception were so friendly and helpful. They have a couple cute dogs and cats. We ordered dinner ahead of our arrival and it was served right on time - Japenese. Nice light breakfast. Views are amazing!!

They were able to let us know when we could enjoy the pools to ourselves (especially at sunrise and sunset). The hot spring pools are comforting and very enjoyable with a view of the local valley that is very picturesque. Has a very lovely charm.
