Firstly, Fernanda's friend met us as the house and she had lots of information and was really helpful. The house itself was perfect for our needs. We didn't even walk into town, because we were so happy just hanging out at the house. There was a large terrace and an excellent kitchen, so we cooked a meal and relaxed for the day, which was very welcome after walking part of the Caminho Português. We loved it at Casa Limia, and highly recommend a stay here. 10/10!

It doesn't get much better than this lovingly run hotel with its friendly and dedicated staff. Furnished in traditional, warm style with historical photos on the walls and with coffee, tea, bread and goodies available at all times. Great for Camino pilgrims, the price is astoundingly reasonable for what you receive here. Even the gardens with its trees and various succulents around the building are stunning. I had a great rest here and was sorry to leave . .

Lovely welcome. Stunning house, the old style in heavy wood gives a great atmosphere. The room was incredible with kettle tea and coffee which is the only accommodation to have these in 15 nights of different rooms. It made a huge difference. Good location, quiet and with a balcony.

Fantastic location, very quiet yet only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. A beautiful home offering guests the highest degree of comfort and cleanliness with gorgeous rooms of the highest standard. Maria is lovely and speaks very good English. She is a wonderful host, welcoming us into her home, laying on drinks and cakes for us upon our arrival. Maria is so accommodating and even offers to do your laundry. We had a delicious breakfast, freshly made coffee with pastries and fruit, all beautifully presented. Thank you Maria
