And custom made super breakfast with cute hostess. This time I ordered cheapest room, next time will definitely be curios to see other options. Town itself is worth to walk around, in good shape. The road from Alte to Cachopo has one of the best views in continental Algarve and plenty of foot trails.

The room, which was spacious, clean and well furnished, backed on to a terraced garden with a 'summer kitchen', a shared washing machine/dryer and outdoor hanging space (with pegs) for wet things. An orange tree was there to pick as we wished. We received a warm and helpful welcome. Very peaceful. The neighborhood is on the shabby side, but ignore that, because the house is impeccable and amazing.
