Great communication, super responsive staff. Although we arrived late in the evening after 11 pm, the woman welcomed us kindly. The place is great, we really liked the room, everything was clean, beautifully equipped, according to the name of the building - villa.

This is a total gem hidden in south west Poland. A little bit off the beaten track set in stunning surroundings. The service was exquisite - having arrived at nine at night the owner prepared us a three course meal which was to die for. The room was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We plan to travel back here in the future just to enjoy the hospitality. This is Poland at its best.

The staff is very nice, we loved them! Including the cooks :) The facility itself is very spatious, clean and very well equipped. The wellness basically mended our broken bodies after our run up on Mt. Snezka and down. This was definitely not the last time we were coming here to Bouda Mala Upa!

The hotel was close to the mountain area we wanted to visit, the room was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The receptionist (Andrej - hope it is correct) was so friendly and he made us feel welcome! One extra advantage is that the hotel is next to a supermarket, so if you are arriving late, it is an excellent option. We were really happy and intend to come back one day. Thank you!

Very nice host. We had a difficulties due to booking.com mistake but the owner has gone above and beyond to satisfy us and help us to get to the accommodation ASAP. The view and area is just magnificent, the beds are very comfy and the whole cottage is very quiet. I had one of the best sleeps in a long time. I do recommend this place from the bottom of my heart if you're looking for a stay away weekend to relax and clear out your mind. Oh, forgot to mention. Breakfast was phenomenal. Nothing to fancy or in the style of Michelin restaurant, but it had everything you need. I ate almost everything as everything was so fresh and tasty! Thank you to the hosts

Our host was very caring. Robert hurt his ankle and had to go to the hospital. Our host did everything possible to help us; giving Robert a ground-floor room and helping arrange transport. And the location is absolutely beautiful.
