Very spacious, comfortable and tidy apartment. Nice interior design, very quiet and peaceful with chicken roaming free around the house. Beautiful garden to sit in the sun and relax from cycling or visiting the nearby cities of Hoorn or Enkhuizen. Christine is a great host who puts a lot of attention to detail and quality. Breakfast was also amazing with many local products.

Very peaceful and it was good to be able to sit in the glass house as it was warm and we had good views of the rain sweeping across the fields! the property was well equipped and an excellent breakfast was brought to us every morning. The owner was pleasant and .very helpful. This was our second visit.

I had an excellent stay in Bed and Breakfast Hoorn and it was a memorable time and one of my favorites in my all travels around. Hennie and staff are such wonderful and warm people. I didn't need to request anything but everything is there for visitors and the breakfast made by Hennie was very delicious and thoughtful about the amount of food and so many varieties of stuff on the table from the morning. It's definitely better and most of the hotel breakfasts I have ever tried. As soon as I walked in the house, starting from the floor was so warm and cozy ( imagine very cold weather outside). Hennie is genuinely welcome to me with a big smile. She is a very happy person and I could tell how happy she is to interact with her guests. Thank you so much Hennie. You're a true gem and treasure to everyone walks into your place. I really hope to see whenever I get a chance to go to the Netherlands. Take care there:)

We enjoyed everything; the suite is spacious and fully equipped. Breakfast can be ordered to your liking and is delicious. Spanbroek and surroundings give you the opportunity to discover the R E A L Holland. Make sure to visit Alkmaar and Hoorn, we found both cities much more pleasant than Amsterdam. If you have the opportunity to rent bikes, please do so!
