A fantastic and unique B&B in in the little picturesque village Jirnsum, perfectly run by Bonnie and Charles. Unique location within a former church, lovely owners, and essentially a well-equipped studio perfect for short or longer stay. Good shower, fully equipped kitchen, great bed and beautiful stained glass windows, remnant of the architectural features of the church. There's a little sitting area outside the room with lovely books and games. If you're interested - Charles will give you a tour of the clock tower - just above the room! Breakfast, care of Bonnie, was plentiful and flavorful. We are already planning on going back!

A very cosy house with a history, tastefully decorated. There was all one might need for a comfortable stay: coffee machine, tea, cooking place. The bed was comfy, shower well equipped and clean. The room was decorated with traditional objects from Friesland. The host was friendly and very helpful.

Place of calm and beauty surrounded by flat fields and waterways. The staff is excellent: energetic and helpful. The rooms have enough space, are well designed and clean, including the bathroom. Common areas are also clean and offer facilities like a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and board games. And there is a modern sauna outside too. The cafe has a nice selection of cooked food and exquisitely prepared and presented breakfast.

Wonderful hosts. A beautiful rural setting on a working dairy farm. Central to Friesland lakes and countryside. Immaculately presented with 4 ensuite rooms leading on to individual terraces and a lawned garden. A cooked breakfast prepared for each of us based on our choices; plus a lovely selection of cereals, fresh fruit, breads, cold meats - perfect! Tea and coffee making facilties in our room was a welcome surprise. Ample parking for cars. Nothing was too much trouble.

Such a lovely little complete cottage on the waterside. Zaza is a warm and kind host, cooking a great breakfast. We will surely be back if we need to be in the area again.
