The comfort, cleanliness and warmth of home. Has everything one will ever need for a long stay. Stayed there for 15 days and had zero complaints. Would definitely recommend. And it's a stone throw distance from the Metro station.

Great location, only a hundred metres or so from a tram stop which led to the city centre one way and a railway station connected directly to the airport the other way. Very friendly and helpful host who had stocked the fridge with more delicious food than we could eat and it was refilled every day! Lovely comfy bed, nice bathroom and a private terrace. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Arjan is a super nice and caring host, and the apartment is great, with a lot of style. The room has 2 comfy double beds, one on either side of the room, and hence multiple meters apart. In between are a nice sink with mirror and a spacious shower cabin with a rain shower. The outside wall is all windows, with a door from either bed to the large outdoor deck. Unfortunately I had no chance to use it due to some rain and very busy days. The apartment has a large comfortable couch and a large TV, dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. Also the Wi-Fi is strong. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet only a few minutes walking from good restaurants, supermarket, public transportation etc. A bakery is right around the corner. For me the fact that it was so close to the RAI conference center (7-8 min walking) was very practical. What made my stay extra special was Arjan 's presence in the apartment. He did not at all intrude on my space, but did offer food and drink multiple times and was also very helpful with some questions I had. Thank you for your "goede zorgen" and the nice conversations!

Karin was a fantastic host. Her communication prior to the trip was excellent. Our flight arrived in the morning and she allowed us to drop our bags to make use of the time and explore the city. Even though we were a little out of the city centre, getting into the city was very easy with both a tram option with a stop right our front of her house and a bus plus Metro option which was quicker. The closest bus stop was only 50 metres away. I can highly recommend staying here

It was a very unique and quintessential experience in Amsterdam. The host was very helpful and responsive, deserving of the many positive reviews. She also provided a number of tips for restaurants and cafés, for which my stay was unfortunately too short to try them all. I happened to be there on the day when the market around the corner was on (Albert Cryp Marché), and it was very convenient. I arrived in the morning and the host also provided some suggestions and links where I might be able to store my bag before I could check in.
