The facility is situated away from the noisy city centre. A beautiful garden full of citrus trees and a pleasant environment. We traveled by car so there was no problem getting to the hotel location. We also booked a massage and a day trek to the mountains. The owner drove us in his car to the starting point in Jebel Saghro and we did a trek of about 13 km with a visit to the Berbers.

We really enjoyed our stay! Maison d’Hôtes Ait Hmid was one of the loveliest stays during our trip in Morocco. The rooms are situated in a traditional mudbrick home around a lovely courtyard. At night star gazing is recommended. But the best of our stay was the hospitality, we felt really welcome and at home and meeting the family was a true pleasure. Highly recommend this guesthouse.
