The property is in a lovely winey yard. The view is beautiful and the path to get there is stunning. the rooms are very specious and bathrooms too. It is a stay that is simple but feels like home. The highlight,however, was the owner. He welcomed me and my friend SO well. We felt like daughters being welcomed home. He was so friendly, cooked us dinner, showed the property around. His English was intermediate but he was always making an effort to talk to us. The night he cooked us dinner (which was delicious, by the way), he brought a friend that also played typical Italian songs! It felt like a scene of a movie: the company, the food, delicious wine from the property, the songs and the beautiful view. We were so happy and felt so welcomed that tears of joy were shed. I hope some day I can go back with my family so they can experience the best hospitality I ever had.

Cassagrande is a special place! So peaceful and serene surrounded by splendid nature in a glorious part of Italy! The location is very good for day trips throughout tuscany, the breakfast is scrumptious, the bed and bath extremely comfortable! But the heart of the place are the hosts! Feels like visiting granny over long time, you will be spoiled. For me the best times were on the balcony with the view of surrounding vineyards and Siena in the background.

The place is amazing. The hosts were very friendly, they took us for great trip to Chianti vineyard. The breakfast was prepared by the hosts and it was delicious. It is the quintessence of the Tuscany region. Quiet with the most amazing views from the windows. Even if you can hear a noise from the highway the cicadas are noisier. When you want to relax - the most perfect places to choose.

Breakfast was delivered each morning in a basket. You had the option to eat it at a table in your room or outside in the garden, weather dependent. It included cold cuts, bread, coffee, fruit, danish and hard boiled eggs. Orange juice, water and yogurt were provided in the fridge in your room. Lovely and delicioso! I highly recommend this accommodation...
