With the code and a detailed description that we received via WhatsApp beforehand, we were able to carry out a very simple self-check-in. The B&B has 4 rooms that were very neat and clean. Each room has its own bathroom, which is very modern and freshly renovated. The B&B is in a good location. It is not far from the beach about 3 km, from Pisa 17 km and the town in general has a very family-friendly and beautiful Italian charm where you can also eat well. The hosts of the B&B were very friendly and gave us valuable tips for traveling. In the evening or during the day you could enjoy the Italian atmosphere in the beautiful garden and end the day beautifully. You should definitely book breakfast, it was the most extraordinary breakfast we have ever had. We were able to enjoy the delicious food in the beautiful garden, even when it rained, there was the option of going to the cute little house where the small buffet was. For breakfast, the hosts offered, among other things, homemade jam from their own orange trees, which they also sell and which makes a good souvenir for family and friends. We thank you for your hospitality and recommend the B&B to everyone!

Clean, cosy room, the host came to greet us and was more than friendly. Although the B&B is in a limited access walking zone, its very easy to find night parking places at about 150 m (after exiting the walking zone turn right). Wonderful seeshore inviting to a little walking, the sea beaches are at about a 15 min drive. Compared to the nearby overnight possibilities very good price. Puccinis villa (15 m from the B&B) is a must-see.

Caffèletti B&B in Torre del Lago (Viareggio) on the Versilia coast of Tuscany is a small artistic bed and breakfast operated by its owner Pietro, an architect with a passion for beauty and cozyness and a very kind and empathic approach (he also booked some dinner and beach reservations for us and was always available for whatever advice we needed, including sightseeing in nearby Pisa and Pietrasanta). We found the house and garden terrace to be like a small marvel of out Alice in Wonderland and the perfect getaway for a relaxing seaside vacation. The breakfasts were hearty and varied and yet unfussy, after we managed to skip lunch and wait until dinner time. We also appreciated having our beach towels washed and tumble dried during our stay!

We liked our stay, the apartment is spacious and clean. We didn't miss anything. the hosts are very nice, Their dog is very friendly, he didn't bark day or night. We liked the location of the apartment the most. It is in a quiet street at a good distance from the sea. we will definitely be happy to come back.
