We booked this accommodation just as a one-night stop after a full-day sightseeing in Umbria and before continuing to Puglia the next day. Fabulous welcome from the host who was very helpful. Breakfast was Fantastico! A feast every morning, served by a perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble for my sister and I. We had an early start on departure day and she was happy to come in early to prepare breakfast. It was served in the garden but there was also a dining room, should the weather have been bad. Clean towels were provided. the bed was huge, comfortable and clean. The location was in the village, but was beautifully quiet. The building itself was stunning, stone built with many original features, very cool inside. The outside gardens were lovely and the huge table to eat at under the pergola was magnificent! Would definitely use the B&B again... the area around it was gorgeous, stunning views and location.
