Luca the owner is really friendly and he met us with a smile despite our very late arrival. The house is clean and warm (we stayed in winter). It was great to get a nice warm welcome after a very long drive. Also he welcomes pets. Definitely recommend.

It was a late decision to stay the night in Serravalle & by chance we stumbled upon this place & chose it for it's proximity to the Outlet. Though we checked in late in the evening, the host, Francesco, was extremely gracious. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The place has quite a few drinking & eating options in the vicinity. The breakfast provided by the host was fresh, nice & more than adequate.

Very cute little B&B with a shared bathroom (basically it's a 3 bedroom apartment in a regular apartment building). The host Michela is very nice. Free parking outside. Some breakfast offered.

Very kind and helpful owner. Everything was clean and properly maintained. Breakfast consisted of various sweet pastries, yogurts, juice and excellent coffee.

Hello, we were the first customers. We really liked the care and sincerity with which these people treated us. The owner of the apartment was such a nice person that he took us to the outlet, even though there is a bus and a bus stop near the house. Very nice and polite people!!! Very nice room, with an incredibly beautiful view from the window, they left us breakfast and even beer. There was everything we needed. We accidentally took their adapter. Please excuse us. We need to come again to give it back.

My first time in a BnB and i was not disappointed. The place was perfect for what it was and the kitchen was well stocked, despite other reviewers being disappointed. Bathroom and shower was excellent. I had no problem staying here and would stay again.

We arrived at night and we stayed just for that night on our way back from our road trip from Barcelona. We had a delicious dinner to the restaurant and a marvellous bottle of regional wine. The roam was spacious and very warm and we had a very nice sleep. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore the “Tenuta” and the nearby location.
