A beautiful location just out of Spello with wonderful views out over the hills to Assisi. Cassandra was a great host who quickly responded to any questions prior to our arrival and offered many options for us during our stay. The room was immaculately presented with a very comfortable bed and breakfast was very good with lots of variety. It was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of being in town and to not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend this B&B.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the hosts incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful; they have excellent recommendations if you are looking for things to do or places to eat. We were so lucky to stay at Fabrizio’s place, it is a beautifully maintained historic and much loved family home. Fabrizio was the most attentive host, he was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and drop us off to my brother’s wedding in town. He always made sure we were comfy and had everything we needed, giving us a helpful map with his own personal recommendations for restaurants, bars and points of interest to visit. Everything was clean, organised and it was just a wonderful experience to stay in such a beautiful home.
