Would definitely recommend. Lovely house, beautiful property. Old and modern at the same time. Great central location for visiting different areas around Umbria. Bed was very comfy. Owner was great about recommending places to go. Etyna- who works there and served breakfast was a pleasure and also very helpful.

In the old town of Deruta, just next door from Umberto's ceramics workshop where you can have fun playing with clay and buy some quality products directly from owner at prices lower than in the shops.

The owners are very kind, they give you a lot of advices about Umbria. The breakfast is mainly sweet, with homemade food. Perugia and the nearest Assisi are wonderful!
