The place is very nice and clean; the area is quiet. It is easy to reach from the highway (tangenziale) and it has a nice restaurant with typical food nearby. The breakfast is a good value with both sweet and salty food.

Breakfast was Lovely - Italian style, served according your scheduled timing and to your taste. Location was further from the city centre than we expected however the hostess was open to adapt and help us with lifts to the nearby town where we could take the bus to the centre, provide Umbrella when it rained and overall she was flexible. Very kind and caring asking us if the room was warm enough, etc. everything was clean and towels were exchanged. It’s a perfect location for people who have a car or love walking. You get to experience Bologna’s centre which is 20 mins away as well as a small Italian town filled with greenery and fields and local restaurants. Just wholehearted host.

The accommodation is a bit remote and it is advisable to have transport if you stay here. For me and my son it was ideal with safe and secure parking for our motorcycles. It also had air conditioning which was a real bonus in the sweltering 38 degrees C temperature. Although we didn’t get to meet with Marco, the owner, he was always contactable and the instructors he gave were clear and concise. We were attending the World Superbike races in Imola and visiting the Ducati museum In Bologna, it was good for both.

Airconditioned room. Very gook breakfast with fresh cakes every day. Very quiet location. Very good restaurant within walking distance. Enough parking space outside and free of charge.Bus stop near by. Safe storage for our bikes and the villa is behind a safely closed gate.
