Good apartment and excellent value to money. Breakfast is very good, cheese, prosciutto, yogurt, croissants. Bottle of water can was take for day' hike. Excellent hostess, very clean, but not English speaking. Bus stop near hotel, it is very convenience. Supermarkets CONAD and Migross in 5-8 min ahead in north side. Bike path is located under hotel. Property very convenience for travel to San Pellegrino, Piazza Brembala, Cornello dei Tasso.

Attentiveness of Erika our host who has great knowledge of the local culture and surrounds . Great rooms with balconies and views. We had lovely swims in the river and the breakfasts were delicious.

The location is really beautiful and is within walking distance from the therms. The stuff is really nice. They have resolved the issue with wifi even in Christmas morning and proposed a lot of places to visit around San Pellegrino.
