The rooms are very big and comfortable. There was heating turned on which is a first for Italy in my experience. Considering the size of the room and the comfy temperature this place was better than a 5 star hotel. There is very good wifi available and parking on site. The place is easy to get too and very close to a big hypermarket where you can get water and some food. The place has a japanese restaurant as a separate business, I highly recommend eating there at least once, they have good food, just remember to make a reservation as it can get very crowded.

Everything was so clean, tidy and neat. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. Despite of what I have imagined, the shared bathroom was always so clean as well. Everyone staying there was so respectful. There was no noise or any disturbing things happened at night. It was a very pleasant stay. Due the the bad reviews about the location, it’s actually 30 mins walking distance to the centro. I walked everytime which was very convenient for me 🙏🏼 There are many bus stops there or you can rent a bike for few days.
