Very nice owner couple and very cute place with authentic buildings and a saltwater pool. Every Suite has a nice private terrace which was great! It’s at the end of the village and well located to beaches etc. I loved the area and the people in the area. Super friendly!! The (only) bar in the village has super nice staff and is always open. This is where you go for breakfast!

Travelled for work, and had some early starts where I'd leave before breakfast. Mattia was at exceptionally service and prepared lovely breakfast & lunsj in advance. The B&B's facilities was nicely available to feel like home. Great Air Conditioning in rooms and dining area to compensate for the intense heat. There was a nice balance of privacy, but also a host that was more than happy to sit down for friendly conversations and share helpful tips for my stay. Where this region of Sardinia lacked in services (such as transport), Mattia went out of his way 24/7 to make my stay tailored. Never experienced a host beeing this focused on their guests having a positive stay, and would very much consider Mattia a friend and La Residenza a home.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Room was large, cleaned every day and quite for a truly restful sleep. Sonia and Federico are very caring and kind hosts, attentive to details and all needs. The location is fantastic to visit Porto Pino, Sant'Antioco, Carloforte and many other amazing places in Sulcis-Iglesiente. We will definitely book again here when back in this area. ;)
