The staff. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Tamara. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Lorenzo was a great tour guide. I highly recommend reaching out to them before your stay to make sure you have everything you need to make your trip a success. The breakfast was simple, but everything you need to start the day. It was all very fresh and very tasty. The cappuccinos were beautiful. The restaurant, which is off site and only 5 minutes away, is fantastic. The food and service is unbelievable. The chandelier in our room adds a pop to the room.

Everything about this hotel is first class. From the moment you walk through the door to a feeling of being home, welcomed by family. Grazie Chiara! The view from the bedroom, bathroom and terrace, takes your breath away. The rooms was quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. The shower head was a relaxing rain shower and the creams and hand wash were rich and smelled of sage and orange. It's location is excellent to explore this magnificent town. Breakfast was fresh and sumptuous and dinner was delicious, too as we watched the chef's cook. We would love to return one day as 2 days was not enough here in paradise!
