everything, the owner is the sweetest lady, the place full of character and charm in such a historic special village, the view is breathtaking from the bedroom. we also loved it was a 2 minute walk to an amazing restaurant called monte del grand.

Everything was ideal - starting from the surroundings - very beautiful zone in Italy (my favourite): nature, architecture, great food. Then, the hosts- I had a little problem and they solved it immediately, they are the nicest and most helpful people possible. The apartment - fully equipped with everything you need, quiet, new, stylish and with a super comfortable bed. 10/10!

The host is very kind and, like us, loves nature and trees. She collects such a wide biodiversity of plants and trees, that I have never seen in a private property. There are good train connections to Rome (42 min journey) and the small hilltop village of Orte is a delight . As other reviewers have said the quantity and variety of food provided for breakfast is excellent; ham, cheese, cereal, bread, yoghurt, fruit, biscuits … highly recommended

Steeped in history above Roman and Etruscan ruins in a medieval hilltop village. The hosts are friendly and kind.. Self service breakfast with a lot of options.All very clean.
