He can even arrange visits to the local church-museum which is rich with extraordinary masterpieces. His information made us feel "home" in Mercatello. Extremely kind, he did his best to meet our requirements (we eat plant-based). ... and the bed was just a dream!

It’s really simple to state: Valbuona is an amazing place owned by very spacious, including and embracing people. Claudia and Pietro are amazing with comunication beforehand, great at giving broad information and tips about the area and are fluant in multiple languages- to our benefit, English. And don’t even get us started about the breakfast. With a breakfast buffet where almost everything is homemade, you can’t go wrong. Their beautiful garden with an amazing outdoor kitchen and fantastic pool with a view to the valley can’t do anything else than make you want to return. We can’t wait to come back with all of our friends who we will reccomend Valbuona to. Sincerely thank you to both Pietro and Claudia for this amazing experince!

The host was very friendly and kindly met us even though we arrived late. The apartment is comfortable, very spacious and well-equipped. The location is central in the small village and the parking is free & not far from the apartment. The antique furniture was well-maintained and has a certain charm about it.
