Small friendly family run hotel/b&b, if you want all mod cons, then stay at ibis somewhere, if you like real Italian hospitality at irs very best, then stay here, Flávio, Flora, Narcisse,Camilla,Andrea and Ernesto are a great well oiled team, Flávio’s cooking is fantastic and flora is host with the most personality, the views are to die for, but remember you are 3km above the lake as the crow flies and a 15/20 minute drive down to como lake. The only negative is the boy racer motorbikes that like to speed up the winding road, just off the terrace view, no problem to me though. Would definitely stay here again, as an added bonus, swimming pool with snack and drinks bar, 40 metres from hotel front door, within its grounds.

Laura was the most wonderful hostess, so helpful, attentive and nice. The local was awesome, I would recommend a car because it is away from Como and Bellagio but so worth it.

Beautiful villa with history, quiet garden with stunning view cared with love. We had a room with a romantic balcony overlooking the lake. I felt like Juliet asking my husband to recite a poem to me under that balcony like Romeo. :) Room was lovely, modern bathroom, comfy bed, breakfast in garden...oh, what a great time we had there! Danillo was very kind, he sent us info how to reach villa in advance and he also prepared a very useful guide for local best. Thanks a lot, Danillo!

Excellent, very clean, dog-friendly accomodation with a nice view to the lake. Bars and the beach just a few steps from the house. Bellagio is just 15 minutes by car. Francesca was super kind and very helpful. We surely will return.

The room was very spacious and the grounds were beautiful with a spectacular backdrop of mountains! The host provided wonderful breakfast items in the self serve kitchen as well as an assortment of fresh fruit each day. Ida was wonderful helping us with questions as she spoke English well.

We were surprised how the owner welcomed us! She was so supportive before our arrival, she gave us the tips how it’s better to come. After we arrived she showed everything by herself with a lot of explanation and a big pleasure. Give us some travelling, local food and places to eat great food. Our flat and the house were full with a small details those let us feel like in our own home. There were two spectacular terraces to have a great evening with the vie to mountains. I can’t express myself how I like it. Really highly recommended to everyone for one night or longer stay. Fantastic place!
