Very nice and polite staff, they allowed us to check in earlier and to check out later. Nice breakfast available in the kitchen, also some free water and juices. Good wifi. Pretty big and cozy room, nice bed, was very comfortable to sleep. There is a parking available for guests, pretty nice and quiet area.

You have at your disposal all you need for your stay including a large shared sitting room combined with a kitchen. Actually, you can enjoy your stay there even if not all things look perfect. Probably the best bargain in the region unless you stay in a hostel.

Wonderful land Lady ( she helped us a lot where to go by car or by bike and how to get to Venice ..) also she prepared us breakfast every morning and was very kind to us all. Even our kids liked her a lot. 😉 Good start point for each day trips to different directions.
