The owners have really put a lot of effort into making it welcoming and trendy, yet fitting with the whole seaside area. The owner and staff were also exceptionally caring to ensure we had a good breakfast, that our wifi connection was working, and that we had free bicycles at our disposal. Good and comfortable beds, free parking for our car just outside the house. In walking distance to the beach, centre of Grottammare and supermarkets.

Cute cozy B&B which was really really clean. Manuel was a great host and really friendly. The B&B room was perfect for a couple and I liked the modern interior. Typical Italian breakfast and we really liked the sweet cake (it was delicious) and the good coffee! Location was perfect and close by the beach.
