Very nice, attentive and friendly staff. Ideal location to visit the Barolo region and chat with the very friendly people of Grinzane village, always ready to give plenty of advice on places to visit. Excellent grill bbq restaurant below the rooms. One of the best meat places i’ve been to, with a great wine list and at affordable prices. I highly recommend the Pelaverga wine, for a change from the usual Barolos, Dolcettos and Barbarescos.

Wonderful small property with excellent views all around. There are only 2 rooms so at most there will be 4 people. You basically have a private swimming pool given how small the property is. The bathroom facilities are very modern, with the toilet separated from the shower. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is also nice, with homemade cakes daily along with meats, cheeses, yogurt, breads, cereal, and fruit. Dog-friendly property. Private parking place.

Great apartment near La Morra and Barolo, super value for money. Everything was super clean and the bed was great. Friendly greeting by the owner's son who showed us around. The little kitchenette was great and some tea, coffee and little snacks were provided free of charge. Would go back anytime!

Couldn't recommend this place enough! Luca was super helpful and friendly. He booked us in for a couple of wine cellar visits and also provided information about other activities such as truffle hunting. He came by when we were checking out to help us with our bags which was very appreciated. There was a problem with the wifi but he provided a solution straight away. He was easily contactable on whatsapp and always wanted to help and make sure we were ok. The views here are stunning and it's so nice and peaceful, a great place to be able to relax and enjoy some wine. The unit has everything you need including coffee pods, milk and even some chocolates, plus a good shower with really good pressure. There's conveniently a washing machine and dryer just downstairs which is particularly useful if like us, you're traveling for a while. Thanks so much Luca, we hope to be able to come back sometime!
