The sun shining in your window and the birds singing in the morning is how you will wake up…cant say enough about the owners, the privacy, the beauty, the serenity of this great place!

I only stayed one night, but the experience was exceptional and I felt very welcome by Helena herself, who was very friendly and helpful. I really felt like a royal, residing in a palazzo! A lot of attention is also paid to details, even the toilet paper has a royal perfume! The family's restaurant downstairs (on the other site of the building), called Mammé, is highly recommended as well. It's the best restaurant I've ever experienced in Umbria, sublime!!!
