I had an incredible experience during our stay at B&B Verde Salento. The owner, Daniela, and her family were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The delicious homemade breakfasts featuring typical Puglian products were a highlight. My husband, my 4-month-old daughter, and I had a perfect stay. The location, around 10 minutes from the center of Gallipoli, was convenient. I highly recommend this place! Grazie mille Daniela ❤️

Situated right in the historic center of a charming small town with a lot of character. Churches, incredible Leonardo Da Vinci Machines Museum, grocery stores, farmer's market, great local restaurant and streetfood place are all within a 2-8 minute walking distance. We simply loved this place! ... and then the building itself is a beautifully renovated old house with multiple apartments which are impeccably furnished and outfitted, with a fabulous large roof terrace with an outdoor shower. You can notice a lot of attention to detail, from keeping the original locks on the doors and windows to color-coded kitchen supplies for each room and recycling option. Breakfast features a changing variety of amazing homemade cakes and cookies prepared by our hostess - fantastic service and delicious local delicacies! Our hostess was very helpful with daytrip suggestions in the region, to sandy and rocky beaches with crystall-clear water or to other towns in the Salento region.

A perfect (familiar) team that takes care of you. I arrived a day earlier (no problem). The air conditioning switch is not working (no problem and fixed immediately) and, most impressive, the landlord himself guided me on arrival in his house in Galatone to the hotel, being already late hours at night. In essence, you will encounter a mix of perfect hotel management and Italian hospitality. The breakfast room is charming, the breakfast very complete, the rooms are clean and proper. The location is out of town thus avoiding unnecessary parking stress and urban noisiness. In summary, I can highly recommend the “Seta Rossa” for an enjoyable vacation.
