The location of the property was exceptional. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained from the tap in the bathroom to the swimming pool. The animals are a great addition that even us as adults got attached to. The service provided was 10/10. Couldn’t recommend it more!!

Paola is a really kind person, she is very friendly and she makes a perfect capuccino. She offered us a good restaurants near to the apartment which was not offered by google as mostly local people goes to this restaurant. Paola also called them if they are open. She also opened the wine shop for us so we were able to buy some wines. The room was clean, there is air conditioner. The furniture is a bit antique but that is not a problem as it is authentic in Italy. So we were absolutely satisfied with the apartment.

Great Farm with lovely animals, the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfy, the hole house was recently reconstructed. The breakfast was amazing. My dog was happy to meet the pot bellied pigs walking around the property and also the donkeys and horses. What a lovely place if you´re seeking a quiet place to stay not far from the highway. Huge property. Will definitely come back.

Excellent place for peace and quiet while very practical to get to the center by car.... just a few mins away. There's a parking spot for each room and a pretty back garden where you can chill. Rooms are spotless and smart. The kitchen is also very convenient if one would like to prepare his own bfast. We met with the handy man, the cleaner and last but not least the Host who are all so warm and polite. Very great job done here a smart property indeed. Thanks guys 😉

Great stay for a visit to Venice, secure parking, plenty of parking space and 40 minute drive from Venice old town. Room was spacious and there is a common kitchen area on the ground floor with everything you need. Plenty of towels and toiletries, the linens was very clean.

B&B is fairly close to the famous designer outlet and yet in the middle of orchards and vineyards. Its surroundings are quaint, while the object oozes with times long gone and the patina of country life. Peaceful and with completely non-obtrusive hosts.
