The size of the room was big enough for 1 queen and 1 twin, so there was plenty of room to walk around. Parking is very convenient, right around the corner, considering the building is almost at the corner. The shared dining and living room were quite adequate. We only stayed one night, but we were able to rest very well. The owner was very accommodating, polite, and responsive.

The warm and friendly welcome made us feel very much at home. The rural setting was peaceful and the animals were lovely. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in beautiful countryside with the true local culture then this is the place to come. I will be visiting for longer next time!

We loved that the accommodation is very clean. The bed is very comfortable. It is perfect for one night stay. The bathroom and kitchen is shared but we did not mind that.

Breakfast arrived in a basket - excellent. Castel Arquato is enchanting. We used public transport to get there from Piacenza and this worked well. Beautiful at night. Stradivarius restaurant staff fantastic!

The hosts were wondefully welcome to our family. Fresh food, eggs and smiles. There little farm was a wonder for our 2 year old who spent time everyday with the hosts feeding the animals. 20 minutes drive into Piacenza but on the doorstep of the Grazzono Visconti estate. Will stay again.

Luciano was an outstanding host - very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Excellent breakfast as well. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely go back when we are in the area.
