Very nice stay close to the Brescia hills, not too far from the motorway entrance and the city centre, in a quiet and residential area. It is possible to park the car on the street. Doors opening are granted with a smartphone-operated bluetooth lock, so there's no need to have a physical key and to meet the host to checkin or checkout. The host has been very welcoming and kind to us. The rooms are newly refubished, very clean and well equipped; there's also a shared kitchen with a fridge. The bed is very soft and comfortable.

The breakfast satisfied me 100%.Great option to see Alessandra,enjoy listening Italian language,and eat Tasty cruassonns. The place well decorated.The 🏢 has unique touch.The church 🔔/trains sounds (I had read some complains from another rewieus) Just making the stay more colorful and authentic.and it's veeery mandatory. Ps Lidl, Historical part of the 🏙️ walkable. Pps the storage bags service after leaving is fantastic option ,saving u time and money,not so obvious by the way.

Very nicely renovated property with spacious comfortable rooms. Neat breakfast area with good variety for breakfast. Right in the center and the car park is just 200 m away. very nice and welcoming staff (beware the lift is pneumatic in order not make noise and tremble and is a little slow)

Brescia is a charming town and worth a visit. The music festival is amazing with all types of music at every corner in the streets including right outside this guesthouse!!! The hosts were helpful and caring and booked us reservation at Al Fontanone, right around the corner. The best meal yet in Italy!! Lovely hosts and charming guesthouse, great for families.

We have used this B&B more than once - the owner is lovely and the large suite is just fabulous. High ceilings, comfortable bed, the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a B&B! The breakfast was a lovely, with brioche, juice, coffee and a selection of nibbles like biscuits and muffins. The location is unbeatable and for the price this place can't be beaten!
