I hesitated how realistic the rating of the accommodation was since it was so high but it's well deserved. Spotless clean, absolutely quiet and silent at night, very sweet and extremely flexible staff (I needed to do a late check in and late check out which they accommodated without any question since it was low season and they had availability). The place has a large garden with private parking which was a nice + The place looked fresher in life than on photos. Very strong internet connection which is super important for nomads like me. I could easily do all my business meetings with video on. And the puppy.. the cutest and friendliest puppy which made me feel like at home. Overall, great experience!

The view from the property was spectacular. We had an wonderful view of cruise port. The host was so friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to and from the property to the heart of the city/port.

Annalisa was a great host! Prior to arrival they send a video to show you how to obtain key, and open the gates and doors. Beautiful hillside view off the balcony! A three minute walk to the market, and about 25 minutes into the beautiful center. Three minute drive to the port. If you're staying prior or after a cruise, excellent location and relaxing home. Very clean! We stayed 5 nights and loved it! Annalisa checked on us to see if we needed anything and even offered us a ride to the port the day of departure. Great host!

Even if we arrived out of the check in time, they didn’t have any problem. We stayed just for one night to join the cruise ship the next day. It was a great stay, the hotel have a good location, everything was great.

the location was perfect! My mom and I stayed for a night prior to our cruise. Quick walk to the shops and for dinner. It was an easy walk to the terminal. It was very clean and the view was awesome!

The B/B was very cute, location to resturants was excellent, we were there for only 1 night, due to going on a cruise the next day, port 2.5 blocks away, very convenient. Kitchen equipped with ham, cheese, pasteries cereal, juice, coffee and snacks. Person in charge of check in, was very nice and helpful, with information on transportation options from Rome to Civitavecchia, before our travel to Rome. All in all excelente experience. Would recommend to friends. 😊
