First of all a very warm welcome, clean and spacious apartment. The ideal place to explore Tuscany due to its great location. Our days always started with a great breakfast prepared by Elda (she surprised us each day with something newly backed) and after a day of exploring we cooled off in the pool.

This was my first stop in Tuscany, sorta random. WOWOW. I was impressed with the tour the host provided of the facility and my room. She also gave me directions to a restaurant in the city plus suggested a hillside drive for photos the following morning which turned out to be spectacular. This is a one of a kind property with a family history which is worth the visit. I also want to say thanks to the host for all her assistance and information... she made my stay very enjoyable. A sorry I had to leave so early in the morning!!!! On the river, short walk to the city. Just great.

The place is just like a house of your friend. Rossana is very kind and trying to make you comfortable and happy. She asked us what do we like to eat for breakfast. A very silent and peaceful place. However, you need a car to visit Villaspino. It is from 5 minutes drive to the nearest village Capolona. In Capolona there is a very good restaurant for price/performance and variety of food. Our children spent very happy 3 days with lovely Giotto.
