Very clean property and friendly and helpful staff. Eleonora stayed in close touch for my arrival and was there to greet me, even though my train was delayed. She also helped when my plans unavoidably changed. The location could not be better for visiting La Reggia di Venaria Reale.

It was a perfect stay! Our check in was smooth even though it was late hours. The facility was fully equipped, clean and with comfortable beds. Snacks were included and were replenished every day!!! We were welcomed by Roberto, who was very kind and personable. My brother had to take a flight very early in the morning and he was very helpful in making sure he was woken up and then brought to the airport on time. I was worried that he did not make it and I sent a message very early in the morning, to which he replied in letting me know that my brother had made it to the airport. When I brought my brother there, we noticed that the room was cosy and very clean. It was also very quiet and close to the airport. My parents also stayed here a couple of years ago on their way back to Canada and they still remember how friendly the personal were. Thank you!
