Our first stop in Iceland was this Guesthouse. Located in a small town, near the waterfront. Room was great, we had also dinner here. Breakfast was also splendid.

We had a private room and shared a kitchen and bathroom with two other rooms. It's an old farmhouse in the typical Icelandic style, the bathroom and kitchen have been renovated charmingly.

Very good price and cool setting with the bungalows. Just be aware since it’s quite remote there is no signal and no Wi-Fi, but we didn’t mind, sometimes it’s nice to disconnect especially when on holiday! if you’re loved ones are anxious just tell them in advance haha

It is a fairly new place and the owners are extremely kind and helpful. It is clean and well kept. We had booked one room for the 2 of us but were 2 days late because of a medical emergency and road closure due to bad weather and were offered 2 rooms as compensation. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Room was really cosy and warm, we had a small kitchenette and private bathroom. Great to get out of the wind. I would really recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting the area. We used Google maps to help us get there as it was in a beautifully remote location.
