Such a lovely place to stay! From the moment we arrived, we loved it. Really peaceful accommodation - perfect for those who prefer to have a quiet break away from too many people! Host was incredibly warm and welcoming and showed a genuine interest in us as guests. Everything was made so simple and easy for our stay and we were given some excellent recommendations about what to see in town and where to eat. Breakfast was also very nice and a clear effort made with a personal touch! Thank you so much for the great stay!

Even though the site mentions a shared kitchen, the room was also equiped with really good quality small kitchen appliances, so we did manage to cook a simple meal when we arrived really late at night. The cutlery and plates were spotless as well as the rest of tbe room and toilet.

Everything! The location, the room, the ambiance, the food, everything was amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer and explored the area with more time. The breakfast was really good. It had a variety of fruits, bread, toppings, jams, juice, coffee, etc. The location is breathtaking. You can visit the area if you reserve a room or you can buy a ticket at the café. We were super lucky to see some seals swimming around (early morning). I definitely want to go back 😊

it's a good location in hofn and was closeby Mart Netto. The host was so kind and helpful. Although it's guest house, all room had a shower room in the each room. it looks like hotel. i took pic with host. i will definately visit next year. The simple breakfast was so good for the guests.

The guest house overlooks the glacier and gentle meadows dotted by flowers. In the morning we were greeted by a couple of sheeps near our room window. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels we stayed in Iceland. It featured fresh fruit, cold cuts and handmade cheese.
