Situated in Drogheda and only 7.2 km from Monasterboice, MapleHouse B&B features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is set 8.2 km from Dowth and offers full-day security. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area.

At the bed and breakfast, every unit is fitted with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. The units are equipped with heating facilities.

The rooms were freshly renewed, very comfortable and well equipped (brand new big smart TVs !) but what stood out above all was the warmth of the hosts who made us feel at home as soon as we arrived : the kind of Irish friendlyness you read about in guidebooks. We were able to enjoy drinks in the garden as well as a rich and tasty breakfast, prepared just for us. Our kids loved it ! We definitively recommend this B&B to anyone staying in or around Drogheda.

Great location to visit New Grange without a car. Restaurants in walking distance. We had a room en suite. Clean and cheery. Plenty of hot water. Home had a nice garden out back to enjoy.

Quiet place out of the city centre, surrounded by green. Maybe more suitable for guests with own car. Room was large and in my opinion equipted above standard (ironing, kettle for preparing tea), Very good selection for the breakfast.

So far, i've stayed in Spoons and Stars Hostel twice and both times i really enjoyed my stay.I'm a bit old for dorms so the first time i opted for the double room with en-suite ,which is located at the back of the building, and found it very clean, quiet and comfortable,so much so i reserved the deluxe queen room (with my partner) in late June and we've both decided we'll definitely be back !!! Great location,GREAT bed, friendly staff and very clean.
