Quiet and a very convenient location to explore the villages of Istria. The apartment was large and was comfortable. When we left, we were given lovely lavender products that were homemade by the host.

The apartment looks as rustic as in the pictures, it's spotless and well equipped with everything you might need on your trip. Hosts are extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I will definitely return if in the area and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area also.

Fantastic place to stay, with great hosts and staff. The room was cozy, and the food delicious. The breakfast was perfect with local food.

Great spot. Great parking space. Excellent breakfast. Close to town either walking through the vineyards or drive over. Kind host.

Stipe Predanić 克羅埃西亞

The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

今天入住的民宿，环境很不错，安静；但就是进入的公路路况较差，好多都是碎石路，有的稍微平整了些，最后的几公里，路况好了许多；门口可以远眺位于山顶上的莫托文小镇，而且正好在太阳落山之时，把西面的山头照得一片暗红，充满了诗情画意！80岁的房东接待了我们，思路都非常清晰！第二天一早，7点钟还专门为我们现煮了咖啡，配上一只小圆蛋糕，也是主人的一点心意；
