Parking was easy, room was great, breakfast was great, they don't serve dinner. There is sidewalk/pavement across the street, and you can walk all the way to Wookey, which has pubs etc. Host was very friendly.

Very unusual guest house, the mill was an interesting feature and the Guinea pigs made a great welcoming committee (they live outside lol) lots of parking. Excellent room nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent fresh and local produce and a good selection to choose from.

The host(ess) was excellent. Very thoughtful and caring. Looking after our needs very well without being intrusive. She provided hot croissants every morning if we wanted them. There are all the elements for a good continental breakfast in the room including, cereals, cereal bard, porridge, yoghurts,yes, coffee, orange juice and milk. The location is excellent, taking only 10 minutes to walk into the town. The location is very quiet. The view from the window (we were in a back bedroom) is over playing fields with nice trees planted in it. It is close to both Lidl and a Tesco too.

The house is not far from the city center,which was is great. Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast just right.

Really welcoming, helpful team beautiful historical building cosy and friendly space lovely outdoor seating areas great bedroom with outdoor terrace felt like a unique part of Wells, the city the cathedral and market close by.

I cannot praise this place enough! Extraordinarily good value, really comfortable and an excellent Italian restaurant as well! I had a view of Wells Cathedral from my room! Lovely!

Beautiful inn with great breakfast choices. The staff was friendly. The location was great, even though it's a small city. Comfy bed and very clean room.
