Proximity to walk to Warwick Castle was great. Quiet & comfortable. Nice fluffy large towels and comfy beds/bedding. Modern bathroom. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast included. The room had everything we needed. Wish we had arrived a little earlier to enjoy a drink down in the bar.

Superb room feeling the history!. Clean room, and nice English breakfast with Mr. and Mrs. good hospitalities. 素晴らしい歴史を感じる部屋でした！部屋は清潔で朝食のイングリッシュブレックファーストも最高ですし、ご夫婦のもてなしも最高でした。

It is very well located, near the city centre and all touristic attractions. The hotel itself, built in an old house is nice and cozy. The room was small but very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, they helped us with our luggage, and explained us patiently how to get around the town. We also had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and a good breakfast the next day.

広くて暖かく安全な場所でした。シャワールームもきちんとお湯が出てトイレも問題なかったです。スタッフの方はBooking.comを通じてメッセージを送ってくれましたが、Booking.com側の技術的な問題によって返信は出来なかったです。

They treated me exceptionally well. I went as part of a birthday present that was gifted to me and they gave me a free upgrade to a better room, with views of St Mary’s Church. The food was incredibly good. The room was really spacious and nicely furnished, very clean, all in all whoever designed the interiors has really good taste. I had to drop my bags before the check in and they took them straight to my room, something that not even in most 5 star hotels I’ve been fortunate enough to stay they would do, they also allowed me to leave my bags for a couple of hours after checkout free of charge, something rare from my experience with UK hotels. I can honestly say, and there’s barely 2-3 hotels I’d say this about this in my whole life, I can’t wait to be back!

The host is very welcoming and friendly the property has a lovely air about it cosy and peaceful couldn't ask for more with the room. It's situated in a perfect place I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Warwick

Staff were all wonderful. Very efficient and accommodating. The choices at breakfast met our group's variety of needs. The pub was excellent, and the meal we ate in there on our first night was also very good.
