Everything! The accommodation was very convenient for unloading/loading luggage. It was very nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. There is a lovely lawn and cottage garden beyond.

Breakfast would have been better with 2 rashers of bacon or sausage or egg, and an option for bread and butter or toast, but on the whole a good start to the day.

Good continental breakfast, all sorts of possibilities on offer. I knew what to expect as I was a return visitor, and it was like returning home. Wonderful to see the host family again. Lovely to sit in front of the fire downstairs, but also good chair in my room when I wanted to sit and read there. Two nights' great sleep and I didn't want to get out of bed in the mornings...

Beautiful location. The host, Bert, made us very welcome. Our room was very cosy and comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. Bert is a lovely, very kind gentleman. Would visit again, highly recommended.

The setting is lovely from the road to the carefully crafted garden. You stay in a separate building but connected by a glass roof which feels very secluded. I sat out on the night and the stars were spot on, but that depends on luck I'm afraid. I slept very well and had a nice shower in the morning. The continental breakfast that followed was top drawer, blew my expectations out the water. (All I left was the raisins)
