Room was very big and comfortable. In the room there is an electric kettle with coffee, tea, milk and also some bottlede water. There was also a hairdrier and an iron. Bathroom was small but very functional with toiletres. What was really exceptional is a back garden for the B&B guest with tables located on the bank of the sea canal. You can sit there in the eveninh with some drinks or food. They also provide dinner, if you like. Breakfast was good with decent variaty of choices; English breakfast was also an option. In the vacinity there are some pubs and shops.

Isle Of Grain is a nice quiet village where the River Thames meet to the North Sea The Lodge Guesthouse is a family managed classic building with good-sized rooms Excellent long seaside walk near-by the guesthouse

Steve and Barbara were wonderful hosts! The house is incredibly charming - for an American, it was awesome to stay in an old Tudor house like this. They served a delicious breakfast and were very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful B&B, very welcoming host, great breakfast. We stayed for one night only (unfortunately). Definitely recommended.
