The place is absolutely fantastic. From the super friendly staff to the excellent room, we were thrilled with the attention to detail and the high standard of service. The room was very clean and well laid out. The experience was topped off with a scrumptious breakfast.

This was a great find. Perfect location for the Park and ride into Bath, great facilities. Our bedroom was beautifully presented. I love the Wind in the Willows theme throughout the place. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent.

Chris’ (owner) accommodation is really nice, as well as his assistance with anything you need: from touristic tips until parking support. The location, although not central, is easy to reach: 5 stops to the city center with any bus and just 8-9£ with a taxi on the way back (20-25 min walking if you prefer, but have in mind you would be walking up a hill in the way back) The house, cottage looking, is eye catching. The rooms are big and comfortable (we rented 2 doubles). The bath is really spacious and the quality of both bedclothes and towels was high. We did not take any breakfast, but it looked amazing: coffee, fruits, cereal; more than enough. I rarely give a 10 to an accommodation but this one has definitely earned it. No surprise, as Chris is an 20 year experienced hotel man. Happy to come back next time.

The place is very homely. It is such a nice place to stay and the surrounding is quiet, plus the fact that they serve breakfast for their guests. Definitely my go-to place whenever I'll visit Bath again. Zina and Mike are very lovely and accommodating. They even give us a lift going to the train station. This place is highly recommended, especially for solo travelers.
