Sarah and Tony were great hosts, The property was really clean and had a lovely fresh fragrant scent on entering the property. Breakfast was yummy and set us up for the day. Sarah took the time to recommend places where we could get a nice evening meal which was very kind. The property is an old building and decorated to compliment which we liked, you could imagine in years gone by stage coaches turning up on route to London.

Amazing breakfast cooked to order in the morning. We were happy to find such nice accomodation that is walking distance to the city centre that also had parking available. Our hosts were very accomodating and made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived.

We absolutely loved the Castle House Hotel! The location is great, right in the heart of Canterbury, with a private parking space! The room was cosy and clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was well served and very tasty. The staff was great, very kind :) We will definitely come back again :)

I had the room next to front entrance with king bed and large bathroom. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Ben was an extraordinary host and always made me feel welcome and offered to bring breakfast to my room. He went above and beyond helping me arrange shipping of a box back to the US. I loved being able to walk across the street to Tesco for some snacks or explore everything in downtown Canterbury. I was working remotely during my stay and wifi worked great. Will definitely stay here next time I am in town.

Spacious room with ensuite bathroom - everything was comfortable and clean, and the room even had a mini-fridge. There was a shared kitchen and living room on the ground floor, both of which were clean and had everything you might need (we were allowed to help ourselves to coffee & tea, and would have been allowed to cook in the kitchen if we needed to). The host was very quick to reply to us, and was very nice!
