This is great self contained accommodation. We felt welcomed but it is also very private. We couldn't stay long but I see this as an ideal holiday cabin.

Everything. The location, the room was just what we wanted but most of all our hosts. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend staying here to everyone. When we travel back to South Wales we will definitely stay here again. Thank you both. You are the best.

All good, great home made food, great home atmosphere, room has bed, shower, tea and coffe and breakfast in the morning. You can have dinner or beer at night in the bar downstairs plus there is a parking. It is everything you need for holiday with family.

The house was unique and stylish. The room was beautiful, the view astonishing. Our Host was so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delightful, fresh fruit, juice, tea, toast and homemade bakes, delicious. Will visit again when in the area, highly recommended.

This is a family run country house. They are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is beautiful, free and private parking on site, restaurant with good food on the premises, and the family room we stayed in (two separate rooms adjoining one bathroom) is warm, comfortable and with enough space! Will consider their glamping option if I was in the area again!

Great 3 night stay, our hosts were first class from the moment we arrived. Our room on the first floor( Olive Room) was spacious with views to the Castle and Car Park. Breakfasts cooked to order - a lovely start to the day. our hosts were very informative on places to visit and local places to eat in the evening. We had our own key to come and go as we pleased, due to Covid restrictions our room was not serviced during our stay but anything we needed for the hospitality tray etc was ready available to collect. Another nice touch..... fresh milk from the fridge in the breakfast room. All in all a great stay. We look forward to visiting again. Many thanks.
