Very welcoming and friendly hosts, who couldn't do enough for you. The place was very well fitted out to a high standard. They had thought of everything, including providing a wide range of hot drinks for you to make with the facilities provided, which included a Nespresso machine. This was a perfect place for a quick, easy stop. Set back far enough from the main road that is was very quiet. The room was very large with a very well done en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was awesome and there were lots of choices for teas and coffees as well as continental breakfast items. The easy walk to a pub would have been nice if we had arrived earlier. And the best part was the surprise find of the Newark Air Museum right next door! Definitely worth a visit!
