Lovely welcome. Excellent breakfast with both the toast and croissant served at the perfect temperature. Room was very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom very clean.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left there was a warm inviting atmosphere. The owners and staff were lovely.. The room was well decorated and spotlessly clean. We had all the facilities we required. The bed was comfortable which added to having a good night's sleep. We eat there on both nights as the food was of such good quality and staff were very efficient and friendly.

It was a very warm welcome by Samantha who has been a star during our entire visit. She’s making sure you’re having a great stay. This was shown by her unbelievable flexibility for making breakfast. I had to leave early the following morning to participate in Outlaw X and she offered immediately to make breakfast earlier and customised to what an athlete needs (which was a lovely porridge with some toast). The cottage is great too. spacious, well equipped, love,y decorations with eye for detail. You can tell some TLC went into this.

Lovely little b&b staff fantastic and very friendly room was great modern very comfortable bed big modern bathroom.Great continental breakfast served in the room with plenty of variety. The evening meal in the restaurant was great the best fish and chips ever would definitely stay again

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, who couldn't do enough for you. The place was very well fitted out to a high standard. They had thought of everything, including providing a wide range of hot drinks for you to make with the facilities provided, which included a Nespresso machine. The decor, carpets and curtains looked brand new and were lovely. The bathroom was perfect and there were toiletries provided. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, and included plenty of fresh fruit. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was good.

Very clean, cosy and close to the Newark Showgrounds. The warmth and friendliness of Sheila and her staff was absolutely wonderful. If you are attending anything in Newark it is a fantastic location.
