What a beautiful guest house!! Such lovely hosts, too that were so helpful. Even when our taxi was running a little late, they offered to give us a lift to the wedding we were attending. Lent us an umbrella, also as it was forecasted to rain all day. A very grand and beautiful accommodation. Thank you !! Such a spacious room with a huge walk in wardrobe, ironing board, TV, lovely big walk in shower etc etc.

Such a welcoming guest house. Comfortable lounge for guests to use. Although breakfast was a continental style, it was so plentiful and the choice was amazing. I can’t rate this high enough. Lovely place to stay. The owners are so welcoming and provide a very high standard.

Rose cottage was situated in a lovely quite location, the cottage was very attractive from the front and didn't disappoint inside either. Beautifully decorated and laid out, a lot of thought went into the decor ! Liz and Steve were wonderful hosts, kind and helpful in every way, the breakfasts were amazing ! Our room was very generous with lovely views across the well kept back garden, we enjoyed watching birds flying back and forth across the garden. The room was very clean and the bed was a very comfortable king size and very comfortable pillows. We wished we could have stayed longer, and look forward to a future stay in the not too distant future ! Thank you Liz and Steve, you made our stay very memorable !

Breakfast was excellent. There was lots of choice from full English to fruit and yoghurt and everything in between. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. You couldn't really ask for a better location. Lincoln is a lovely city to visit.

The room was stunning and the bathroom was to die for. Spotlessly clean. Every detail has been thought about. Breakfast was delicious and made from local produce or homemade. Anthony and Siobhan were lovely hosts and we felt very welcomed.
