We felt so welcome at Kirkton Bay House! The views are breathtaking, the place is so nicely decorated and so comfortably equipped, and the hosts came to greet us and made our stay even more enjoyable. This has been the highlight of our trip to the Highlands!!!

I love the pod concept, it was very cosy with everything needed. It was exceptionally organized and clean, and it included stuff for breakfast which we loved. Plus Heather is super nice and made us feel at home

Heather was the perfect hostess. A very warm welcome,.and altgough she states no breakfast, we had our own fridge, stocked with milk, juice, water, fruit and yogurt. Also a microwave and porridge pots for DIY breakfast. Our room was luxurious with comfy twin beds, tv, and a unit with crockery etc. Large en-suit with toietries. Everything was spotlessly clean. Heather even washed all our picnic plates etc. I cannot recommwnd Heatherbrea highly enough. Heather has also recently installed a glamping pod in her garden, and although we dudn't see inside it was clearly a very upmarket unit and I'm sure would have been as high a standard as our room.

The guests are friendly and helpfull, the room is fantastic and you have everything you need. We loved the breakfast and we surely we would come back another time

Kate was an amazing hostess! The "we dram" in the room was a nice welcoming touch. The breakfast selection was more than expected and the full Scottish breakfast was more than I could eat. I would have to say that out of all the B&B breakfasts I have had, this would rate as one of the best. Thank you Kate for an awesome 2 nights!

The location is very close to the Skye Bridge. The hotel staff are wonderful and welcoming. The rooms are a bit tired but very clean. The breakfast is delicious and first rate, good selection and sets you up for the day.

it was spacious and the house had generous space very comfortable and the kitchen was amazing which you need on skye as very few restaurants so nice to cook local products
